Sri Sankara Society was incorporated in 1992 with the aim of promoting education and social welfare in society. It has engaged in multiple project.
We believe investing in girls’ education transforms communities, countries and the entire world. Girls who receive an education are less likely to marry young and more likely to lead healthy, productive lives. They earn higher incomes, participate in the decisions that most affect them, and build better futures for themselves and their families.
Girls’ education strengthens economies and reduces inequality. It contributes to more stable, resilient societies that give all individuals – including boys and men – the opportunity to fulfil their potential.

Chairman : Mr. Rajesh Gupta
He is an eminent educationist, actively working for more than 25 years. He is an energetic maths graduate, who believes education is a must for every child irrespective of their background and is very particular about the quality of education that should be imparted. He has been serving as manager of Gagan Bharati school since 1997.
Member : Dr. Ramesh Dutta
He is a veteran pediatrcian with over 40 years of practice. He has served as president of NMA and is counted among one of the senior doctors in Delhi.
Member : Mr. P.K. Sehgal
He is an eminent educationist, actively working for more than 25 years. He who believes education is a must for every child irrespective of their background and is very particular about the quality of education that should be imparted. He is currently serving as chairman of Adarsh Public School.
